- b. Copy of ID Card & Family Card
- c. Copy of Latest Diploma
- d. Health Certificate from Hospital or Clinic
- e. Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
- f. Approval Letter from parents/spouse
- g. 4x6 Passport Photo (3 pieces)
- h. Willing to cover Japanese language education and training costs
Physical Requirements
- a. Age between 19 - 35 years old
- b. Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
- c.Height & Weight Requirements:
- Male: min 155 cm / min 45 kg
- Female: min 150 cm / min 40 kg
- d. No physical or mental disabilities
- e. No tattoos & Non-alcoholic drinker
- f. Not color blind
- g. No history of Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, and other infectious diseases
